Warehouse organization
Phoenix Pharma In 1997, at launch of the of the PharmaLog system, we took part in the development of the warehouse in Fot. Our analyses and designs formed the basis for the interior layout of the warehouse, the put-away and the routing. In the following years, we were commissioned to perform similar tasks at the opening of further 5 sites. In 2000, Magdolna Kormoczi, logistics director for Phoenix, was chosen Logistics Manager of the Year.
HumanTrade In 2001, at launch of the PharmaLog system, we rebuilt the background and picking warehouse by subcontracting Minipak Kft. Again in 2004, we took part in the development of the picking and background warehouse.

Warehouse organization
HungaroPharma In 2003, we received a commission to develop the storage system for the warehouse in Miskolc. Earlier, all their warehouses worked based on the principle of “free storage space allocation” – the Miskolc warehouse was the first to be developed according to the “fixed storage space allocation” principle. As a result of the successful operation of the Miskolc site, the central (Budapest, Tunderfurt street) warehouse was also overhauled according to the “fix storage space allocation” principle. In 2003, Zoltan Koncz, logistics director at HPH, was chosen Logistics Manager of the Year, primarily for the up-to-date configuration and successful launch of the Miskolc warehouse.

SanoPharma In 1994, we designed and implemented – alongside two partner companies, Minipak Kft and 3i Kft – a “pick by light” warehouse section, carrying out construction ourselves at the Bekescsaba warehouse. The technology that made the quick picking of approx. 450 products possible increased warehouse performance by a factor of 3.
PharmaChom In 2002, we rebuilt the picking warehouse by subcontracting Minipak Kft. Our analyses and designs formed the basis for the interior layout of the warehouse, the number and placement of the channels, the put-away and the routing.
